About The Position

Capacity is the premier digital marketing consulting firm for arts and culture. Since 2008, we’ve worked with ambitious arts and cultural organizations to engage audiences, build community, and market smarter through close, personal partnerships. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to take on greater ownership of client work, deepen our platform expertise, and help elevate the impact we deliver to our clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the field
  • A demonstrated track record of managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital platforms (ex. Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, Streaming Audio, Programmatic)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act with sound judgment and a minimum of hand-holding
  • A broad, big-picture perspective on client strategy and the ability to anticipate what’s next
  • A drive for results, with the initiative to push projects and campaigns forward
  • Approachability and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams and with clients
  • A willingness to delegate and support the growth of newer team members

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign strategy, KPIs, and optimization across your client portfolio
  • Turn data into insights and present them directly to clients with confidence
  • Build the kind of trusted relationships that turn clients into partners
  • Contribute to consulting projects that stretch beyond day-to-day campaign work
  • Deepen your expertise in a platform or specialty that becomes yours to own
  • Contributing to our Arts Unscripted podcast, writing for our blog, teaching at Capacity University, or taking the stage at Boot Camp, our annual conference for arts marketers.
