CMI Media Group is seeking a seasoned expert to lead the charge in analyzing and optimizing online campaigns across diverse accounts. As our Senior Analyst, you will be the driving force behind strategic measurement plans and pivotal recommendations, shaping the future of campaigns and business outcomes. This role involves leading with independence, shaping strategic plans, diving deep into insights, collaborating for success, and maintaining departmental SOPs. You will drive regular campaign analysis and optimization using a defined set of KPIs, master market and target specifics, craft monthly campaign performance analyses, and steer optimization strategies. Collaboration with the data analytics team for aligned data collection, architecting measurement plans, and providing indispensable data and research support are key. You will cultivate a profound understanding of client data sources, generate trend reports, and offer insights for optimization efforts across online tactics like Search, Display, CTV, OLV, and Social. Proactively identifying and interpreting key drivers behind marketing and media performance to empower channel owners to optimize spending efficiency aligned with business goals is also a core responsibility.
