About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst Developer Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, reusable, and reliable code using C#, modern .NET (Core / 6+), and ASP.NET Core. You will champion SOLID principles, clean code, and advanced architectural patterns like Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices. A key part of this role is architecting, deploying, and evolving scalable, cloud-based applications utilizing Azure services (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Event Grid). You will drive legacy application modernization and lead migrations to PaaS/SaaS environments. Additionally, you will oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including sprint cycles, release coordination, and branching strategies (e.g., GitFlow), acting as the primary gatekeeper for Azure DevOps pull requests and conducting rigorous code reviews. You will design and implement resilient, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across disparate enterprise systems. Collaboration with DevOps to optimize CI/CD pipelines and enforce rigorous automated testing standards is crucial. You will also mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
