About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Data & Business Intelligence is HTeaO’s day-to-day owner of business reporting, ensuring that leaders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and the support center have accurate, consistent, timely information for decision-making. The role takes over work from an external partner’s Snowflake and Power BI assessment and carries out the resulting practical work, including rationalizing Power BI content, establishing shared metric definitions, and building reliable reporting on Snowflake. The Senior Analyst works alongside an external data engineering partner, who leads Snowflake architecture and complex integrations, and gradually assumes broader platform ownership. The position offers a development path toward Manager, Data & Business Intelligence as the data function expands, with company support for relevant certifications such as SnowPro and Microsoft PL-300. The role partners with business teams to translate questions into dashboards, reports, and analysis; supports operational and strategic decisions; and maintains dependable data standards, integrations, and cost reporting. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. HTeaO does not sponsor employment-based visas for this position.
