The Senior Analyst role will be responsible for implementing and monitoring, collaborative solutions with customers through their strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, data analytics, project management and continuous improvement practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive business experience
  • Intermediate experience with Data visualization tools
  • Intermediate or advanced experience with Microsoft products
  • Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, including cross-functional groups

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and analytics as it relates to customer supply chain improvement opportunities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain (Internal & External)
  • Partner closely with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to support forecasting, inventory, and performance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage existing Smucker supply chain capabilities
  • Leverage data analytics to improve service metrics while growing sales
  • Deliver proactive supply chain solutions that attain key performance metrics (Instock, On Time, In Full)
  • Understand the anticipated impact of recommendations to both Smucker and Customer Supply Chains
  • Monitor and measure results of implemented changes
  • Support and complete key tasks and project plans for timely completion of goals
  • Identify, design, and deliver supply chain solutions that balance cost & service to create a collaborative environment between our customers and JM Smucker
  • Build effective cross-functional working relationships to achieve established shared goals or objectives
  • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans as necessary
  • Attend and lead quarterly in-person meetings with external Loblaw Senior Leadership Team
