About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Finance, plays a pivotal role in supporting financial planning and analysis, compliance, and strategic decision-making to optimize financial performance. This position partners with various business units to build forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans. The candidate will take the lead in managing the rhythm of business, ensuring leadership is consistently informed about operating performance and key developments. This role supports the financial planning and analysis process, ensuring all efforts are closely aligned with company goals. Responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans in collaboration with business partners. The Senior Analyst will validate control effectiveness and recommend remediation plans to maintain a robust control environment. The position requires the ability to analyze key trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to help achieve financial targets. The Senior Analyst may lead initiatives and deliver valuable insights into operational performance. They will also develop and implement process improvements, streamline financial analysis procedures, and maintain documentation of current processes. Additionally, the role provides technical expertise, guidance, and training to indirect reports and other teams, fostering collaboration and driving associate engagement. Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools highly recommended.
  • Previous experience with MFP and One Stream is an asset.
  • Previous experience in CPG or Retail FP&A is preferred.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $74,000.00 - $101,750.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
