The Operations team continues to grow and aims to strengthen the connection of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) across Collins Aerospace. Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience performing Data Entry to input & retrieve information
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Effective communication with various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to VSMs, engineering, Planning, Quality, and External Customers
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Skilled in risk-based decision making to address moderately complex problems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to display exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Prior Aerospace MRO experience

Responsibilities

  • Performs duties related to overall Customer Service
  • Serve as customer interface on product status and deliveries
  • Maintain records of customer communications and documentation in support of proper traceability, and to ensure timely response to all inquiries
  • Document customer needs and concerns to identify patterns and maintain customer quality satisfaction
  • Be the focal point between the customer and all other supporting function
  • Maintains knowledge of RTX organization and products to provide the appropriate information and support to customers.
  • Performs Order Administration duties using SAP including, but not limited to: Data Entry, Service estimate editing & submission, Delivery/Shipment creation
  • Works in a team environment, but also has the capacity to tackle tasks under minimal supervision after training is complete
