About The Position

This is your chance to be part of the next generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of internal consultants to all teams across Hilton! The team ensures that Hilton's strategy and customer experience are informed by analytics and customer insights combining technical talent with industry expertise to guide progress towards Hilton's goals. As Senior Analyst, Customer Insights, you will support Hilton's Customers, Brands, Marketing, Digital, Revenue, and Sales organizations, with special support for the executive leadership team. On the Marketing and Loyalty Analytics team reporting to Senior Manager, Customer Insights, you will support projects that measure consumer perceptions and their impact across our brand portfolio within the global competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of professional experience in consumer insights, quantitative data analysis, brand strategy or marketing.
  • One (1) year of experience utilizing custom market research methodologies

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors or MA/MS Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with a brand health, brand strategy, or a VOC program
  • Experience with measurement tools such as Advanced Excel techniques, SPSS, Tableau, or MicroStrategy
  • Experience with SQL to extrapolate business results and connect them to commercial performance
  • Experience working in Hospitality or a related industry

Responsibilities

  • Uncover and deliver Brand insights to partners within Marketing & Loyalty, and the Brand teams
  • Develop dynamic data visualizations and deliver clear, insight‑driven narratives and recommendations to partners
  • Research internal and external data, market trends, and travel behaviors to support data‑driven recommendations
  • Synthesize Brand Health insights into executive-ready presentations for business reviews, that deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
  • Create quarterly Brand Health scorecards for partners that provide actionable insights to improve Brand performance
  • Lead the development of internal dashboards, ensuring understanding of defined use cases and partner requirements
  • Establish and maintain centralized team documentation and data repositories, improving accuracy, accessibility, and cross-team collaboration
  • Take ownership of identifying insights from data and translating them into measurable results
