About The Position

The Global Commercial Services (GCS) division supports millions of businesses worldwide, from small shops to Fortune 500 companies, by providing financial and membership services. The Managed Customer Marketing team focuses on retaining and growing high-spending accounts within the U.S. SME segment, delivering value to customers and Field Colleagues through B2B marketing. The Senior Analyst, Customer Field Marketing will be instrumental in developing and executing the dialogic marketing strategy for the U.S. SME segment, with a significant emphasis on the Early Experience channel. This channel is a key driver of incremental revenue and represents a complex, high-touch customer engagement area. The role involves shaping onboarding experiences, identifying growth opportunities, and increasing customer spend through targeted, data-driven, and creative marketing initiatives. This position offers valuable exposure to GCS leadership and the opportunity to influence broader Managed Customer Marketing strategy.
