This is a remote role available in all states within the United States. The Senior Analyst, Commercial Effectiveness is responsible for end-to-end enablement operations supporting the Field Sales Organization within J&J MedTech Heart Recovery. This role serves as a core operational owner for the lifecycle (new hire to termination) of Fleet/SAFE Fleet and Mobility, ensuring field readiness, customer access, safety, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the organization. The Senior Analyst initiates, develops, and communicates policies and procedures; partners closely with internal and external stakeholders; and delivers analytics and insights that support business priorities while mitigating access, compliance, and operational risk. Act as the core operational, end-to-end owner for Fleet/SAFE Fleet and J&J Mobility for the field sales organization while also serving as a versatile enablement analyst supporting cross‑functional commercial effectiveness projects, HR/leadership strategy initiatives, and ad‑hoc analytics to improve field readiness, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four (4) years of professional experience or Associate’s degree and a minimum of six (6) years of professional experience.
  • Experience supporting operational programs for a field-based organization (e.g., vendor credentialing, fleet, safety, mobility, commercial operations, or field enablement.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience producing metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports.
  • Effective Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), documentation, and SOP/policy development skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear guidance for field teams.
  • Comfort with cross-functional and vendor partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Demonstrated project coordination and cross‑functional collaboration skills; experience partnering with HR or leadership programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information and navigating complex, cross functional issues.
  • Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Fleet and SAFE Fleet operations, mailbox triage, vehicle replacements, and safety initiatives aligned to SAFE Fleet standards.
  • Operate the full J&J Mobility lifecycle (provisioning, support, device replacement, vendor coordination) for the Field Sales Organization.
  • Produce, analyze, and distribute CPMM, SAFE Fleet Ambassador scorecards, and recurring/ad-hoc operational reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support key commercial effectiveness projects and special initiatives as needed, managing tasks, stakeholders, timelines, and communications.
  • Lead training, LMS onboarding, and knowledge-transfer for Fleet and Mobility processes; own communications and enablement with the Field Sales Organization.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure SLAs, policy adherence, and timely issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, and governance for fleet, mobility, and (future) credentialing to mitigate access, compliance, and operational risk.
