About The Position

As part of the Transaction Banking team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our business effectiveness initiatives. As a Senior Analyst, Business Effectiveness, you'll build and manage the team SharePoint site, ensuring it serves as a reliable resource for information and collaboration. You'll act as a custodian for Sales and Service processes, partnering closely with representatives to maintain and update documents. Additionally, you'll serve as a central resource for all communication operations, helping to streamline information flow and support the day-to-day needs of the team. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, process management, or a related field.
  • Consistently ensure documentation and resources are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work well with cross-functional partners to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working with SharePoint and other collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize the team SharePoint site to enhance collaboration and information accessibility.
  • Serve as the custodian for Sales and Service processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Act as the central point of contact for communication operations, facilitating effective information flow within the team.
  • Partner with sales and service team representatives to support the upkeep and improvement of operational documents.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance business effectiveness and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
  • Supports the team in ongoing control and compliance activities.
