About The Position

The Signify Analytics team is seeking a Senior Analyst responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on provider performance behaviors within the clinical network. Operating at the intersection of Clinical Success and Diagnostic and Preventive Services (DPS), this role will review datasets and build reports that assist leaders in refining the strategic oversight of the provider network conducting in-home and virtual health evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Business, Statistics, Math, Computer Science or a related discipline)
  • 3 or more years of prior relevant experience in analytics, reporting, performance management, or resource/capacity planning
  • 2 or more years experience in writing SQL queries
  • 1 years of relevant experience developing presentation materials and delivering data-driven insights to external clients or senior stakeholders
  • Experience using Google suite to include sheets, slides and calendar management
  • Experience using Excel spreadsheets and/or PowerBI
  • Must be able to travel at least 10% to Dallas office location for team meetings

  • Prior healthcare experience desired
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Proven ability to support multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines are met and goals are accomplished
  • Clear communication and presentation skills (verbal/written)
  • Past healthcare experience or an understanding of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial offerings.
  • Past experience with call center operations and analytics preferred
  • Strong analytical skills combined with proficiency in understanding, representing, and communicating data-driven analysis to various departments by taking data and telling a story

Responsibilities

  • Using primarily SQL, and Excel, retrieve, investigate, and analyze data on network providers’ performance (compliance, cancellations, quality, and DPS metrics), and prescribe targeted interventions to Clinical Network team leads.
  • Develop and implement data approaches to measure Clinical Guideline adherence and accelerate the integration of HEDIS performance measures.
  • Act as a liaison between DPS and Clinical Success, identifying providers appropriate for coaching and monitoring the efficacy of post-coaching interventions.
  • Complete ad-hoc reports, projects, and deep-dive diagnostics into provider operational performance to answer novel "why" questions from leadership.
  • Handle daily troubleshooting of program processes and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to clearly guide and document analytical workflows.
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and cross-functional working sessions to present findings and align on strategic goals.
