A leading real estate investment and management organization is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to join its Atlanta team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial real estate professional who wants hands-on exposure to a diverse portfolio while working alongside experienced asset management professionals and cross-functional teams throughout the investment lifecycle. The Senior Analyst will support the execution of asset-level business plans, analyze property performance, and help identify opportunities to drive value across the portfolio. The role offers broad exposure to acquisitions, capital markets, development, leasing, property management, and other areas of the real estate investment business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Commercial real estate experience required
  • Strong financial modeling and real estate analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Argus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus for existing portfolio assets
  • Analyze property performance and evaluate quarterly appraisals
  • Support annual business plans, budgets, and future cash flow projections
  • Perform lease analyses and assist with prospective tenant negotiations
  • Evaluate potential value-add opportunities and property-level initiatives
  • Contribute to Investment Committee materials and strategic analysis
  • Conduct market research, including lease and sales comparables
  • Review leases, loan agreements, partnership agreements, and other relevant documents
  • Support capital transactions, including financings, refinancings, and dispositions, as needed
