Delivers recommendations and implementation for actuarial policy and processes. Constructs risk management analysis to inform decision making. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining models, data sources, and analytical tools used to support and inform Medicare Part D Actuarial and Informatics. Looking for driven, high-performance colleague to join our team. Collaborate and clearly communicate with various teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver solutions that meet actuarial and underwriting needs. Organize and document code so that business logic is easy to locate, read, and update. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, has experience building models, analyzing detailed datasets, and clearly communicating the results of their analysis to a variety of audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of job related experience.
  • Expertise in Excel required.
  • Expertise is Big Query, SAS, SQL or equivalent required.
  • Analytical and model-building skills required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Big Query, Medicare and/or Pharmacy data
  • Candidate should have multiple actuarial exams passed
