As a Senior Analyst, you will work with internal and external partners for support for one of our largest enterprise customers. You will be responsible for supporting the account and sales team to grow revenue, build strong partnerships, and maintain a healthy account score. As a Senior Analyst you will have the autonomy and authority to make decisions that will impact the company you support. A core role function is managing the relationship between the Global Enterprise team, the sales team, and the enterprise customer. In partnership with the sales team you will be responsible for the overall strategy of our customer’s complex solutions and lifecycle management. Additionally, you will be responsible for partnering with the BFO, National Operations, Core, GTS, Contract Management, Financial Services, and WEHD. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to: * Being the primary contact between the contract management, Business Finance Operations team, and sales teams to ensure that migrations are completed accurately. * Analyzing large amounts of data to complete audits on highly complex profiles. You will audit CLIN customers, migrations, and other customer billing requests to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Developing and providing continuous project management, tracking, and reporting for all purchase order/ funding-related projects handled by the team. * Developing and maintaining an expert level of knowledge regarding Verizon Wireless products, services, and technical support solutions offered to Wireless Federal customers. * Driving change by gathering, verifying, and distributing crucial information. This enables cross-functional teams to align their efforts and swiftly resolve customer-impacting issues in real time. * Being a proactive problem-solver capable of developing unique and creative solutions. * Providing recommendations, solutions, and feedback to both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.

  • Experience working with Federal Customers as a Global Enterprise Advisor.
  • Experience in auditing Federal/ DOD customers to ensure contract compliance.
  • Experience in Federal contracting requirements.
  • Experience in Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Experience in highly developed communications skills, are able to establish rapport with business personnel at all levels.
  • Current WCC experience working with Public Sector customers.
  • Experience working with VZW Billing Systems and WCC tools, including: ACSS, WFM, VIP, BI&R, My Business/ MBA, SFDC.
