About The Position

This is a 12-month contract role for a Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst. The position requires a hybrid work model, with 4 days onsite per week. The analyst will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Airtable bases, building automations, interfaces, and scripts, and designing integrations between Airtable and enterprise systems. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions, troubleshooting existing applications, documenting configurations, and supporting agile/scrum teams. The analyst will also drive knowledge transfer and standardization.

Requirements

• Airtable (formulas, automations, interfaces, scripting with JavaScript)
• API integrations and middleware for system connectivity
• Low-code/no-code platform configuration (3–5+ years)
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• 3–5+ years hands-on Airtable development in production environments
• Strong experience with Airtable scripting using JavaScript
• Proven API integration experience across enterprise systems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
• BA/BS or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

• Vendor management or contract lifecycle systems experience
• Data governance and compliance exposure
• Background in business analysis or product configuration
• Backend coding experience

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Airtable bases for vendor intake and contract lifecycle workflows
