About The Position

RS&H is seeking a Senior Airfield Electrical Engineer to join their Aviation Practice in Las Vegas. The role involves designing and managing a wide variety of electrical projects at airports. Associates focus on innovative design and technical excellence, aiming to complete projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. The position offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development, with the potential to serve as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, or engineering support on airport projects. The engineer will lead, develop, and deliver projects of varying sizes and complexity, initiate and maintain client contact, and assist in winning new work. The Electrical Engineer will work with aviation design professionals to develop engineering solutions for airfield projects, leading the preparation of design drawings for airfield lighting systems, FAA navigational aid systems, and communication systems. This includes coordinating with other engineers to develop specifications, reports, and cost estimates.

Requirements

BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
Minimum 10 years of electrical engineering design and consulting experience in the aviation industry
Experience working with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Registered PE license
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
