About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior AI Technical Product Owner to help build and scale the organization’s enterprise AI and personalization capabilities—powering smarter, more relevant client experiences across our digital channels. This role owns the end-to-end roadmap and backlog for AI-enabled platforms, translating business priorities, client experience opportunities, and technical strategy into clear, prioritized work for delivery teams. You will play a critical role in shaping how the organization leverages data, machine learning, and generative AI to drive personalization, engagement, and growth. You will partner closely with engineering, data science, architecture, marketing, risk, and security teams to ensure our AI platforms are scalable, secure, privacy-forward, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while delivering measurable business impact. We are building a modern, cloud-based marketing and engagement ecosystem—focused on agility, experimentation, and continuous improvement—to deliver simple, transparent, and highly personalized banking experiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical product ownership or product management, ideally in platform, data, or AI-enabled environments
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data products, APIs, and cloud-based architectures
  • Experience working across marketing, personalization, or digital engagement ecosystems is a strong asset
  • Proven ability to manage complex roadmaps and balance innovation with scalability and governance
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, marketing, risk, and security
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical concepts and business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve a multi-quarter AI and personalization platform roadmap, aligned to enterprise priorities including client growth, engagement, and value optimization
  • Translate business and client experience needs into AI use cases, platform capabilities, and prioritized backlog items (epics, features, user stories)
  • Act as a bridge between business, data, and engineering teams, ensuring alignment from strategy through to delivery
  • Drive value-based prioritization, balancing foundational platform work with high-impact use cases (e.g., next-best-action, targeting, decisioning, GenAI-enabled experiences)
  • Collaborate with data science, ML engineering, architecture, marketing, risk, and privacy teams to design and deliver responsible AI solutions
  • Define clear functional and non-functional requirements, including: Model and decisioning performance, Personalization effectiveness (e.g., engagement, conversion lift), Reliability, scalability, and latency, Privacy, explainability, and regulatory compliance, Cost efficiency and operational sustainability
  • Provide hands-on product leadership to delivery teams by: Clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria, Managing dependencies across teams and platforms, Removing blockers and enabling pace of delivery
  • Support evaluation and integration of AI/MarTech vendors and platforms, ensuring alignment with the organization’s architecture, data, and governance standards
  • Leverage data and experimentation to continuously optimize models, journeys, and platform performance
  • Champion best practices in responsible AI, experimentation, and measurement, ensuring solutions are transparent, compliant, and client-first
