About The Position

The Senior AI Support & Enablement Engineer supports the technical build-out and operation of enterprise AI platform integrations—including identity, connectors, and control-plane guardrails—across providers such as Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. The role also delivers day-to-day AI user support and enablement, including relationship support for high-touch groups, and provides L2/L3 support for platform and connector defects, escalating complex issues to the Lead. The position builds and maintains integrations, helps implement guardrails for agentic and autonomous capabilities, and supports provisioning, monitoring, governance evidence, and platform retirement. It provides technical discovery and readiness support for Labs/App Dev Build-Operate-Transfer handoffs, evaluates vendor feature requests for technical risk, and contributes vendor-specific control adapter templates. The role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.

  • Familiarity with AI platform administration, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or Anthropic Claude, including admin consoles, DLP, and compliance logging.
  • Understanding of agentic AI risk concepts, including tool use, memory, and autonomy, and of control-plane/guardrail design.
  • Familiarity with observability/logging tools and FinOps/usage reporting for SaaS or cloud platforms.
  • Ability to produce and maintain technical runbooks, architecture/control documentation, and registry/evidence artifacts.
