About The Position

LevelTen Energy is seeking a dynamic and highly organized AI Program Manager to act as their internal AI evangelist. • Deep, current knowledge of the Claude ecosystem and enthusiasm for AI's impact on the workplace.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying agentic workflows, AI automations, or lightweight integrations.
  • Proven ability to experiment with AI independently and bring practical learnings back to the team.
  • Stellar presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, including roadmap building, timeline management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience collaborating with IT or InfoSec teams, understanding data privacy, enterprise security, and the risks of shadow IT.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage change, approaching training with patience and empathy.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal champion for Claude AI adoption, building excitement and buy-in through presentations, demos, and communications.
  • Build in Claude, configure agentic workflows, design AI automations, and prototype solutions and connected platforms, working with APIs, prompt engineering, and lightweight integrations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources for various departments on using approved AI tools.
  • Partner with department heads to identify opportunities for AI to drive efficiency, cost savings, or innovation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to evaluate, vet, and safely deploy new AI platforms, ensuring adherence to data privacy, security standards, and compliance protocols.
  • Own the roadmap for internal AI adoption, track deployment progress, measure usage metrics, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about the AI landscape, identify emerging tools and trends, and recommend new solutions aligned with business goals.
