  • Demonstrated experience designing and deploying agentic workflows, AI automations, or lightweight integrations.

  • Experience collaborating with IT or InfoSec teams, understanding data privacy, enterprise security, and the risks of shadow IT.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage change and approach training with patience and empathy.

Nice To Haves

  • You experiment with AI on your own time and bring learnings back to the team in practical ways.
  • You are a natural communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal champion for Claude AI adoption, building excitement and buy-in through presentations, demos, and internal communications.
  • Build in Claude, configure agentic workflows, design AI automations, and prototype solutions and connected platforms, working with APIs, prompt engineering, and lightweight integrations.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs, workshops, and resources for various departments to ensure employees can confidently use approved AI tools.
  • Partner with department heads to identify bottlenecks and workflows where AI can drive efficiency, cost savings, or innovation.
  • Collaborate with IT and Information Security teams to evaluate, vet, and safely deploy new AI platforms, ensuring adherence to data privacy, security standards, and compliance protocols.
  • Own the roadmap for internal AI adoption across the company, tracking deployment progress, measuring usage metrics, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about the evolving AI landscape, identifying emerging tools, trends, and best practices, and recommending new solutions aligned with business goals.
