About The Position

The Senior AI Product Manager will shape practical AI-powered Document Intelligence solutions through product strategy, technical evaluation, and evidence-based decision-making. The role owns product requirements, capabilities, and roadmaps for AI-powered solutions, including document processing and intelligence use cases, and translates technical findings into actionable product decisions. The manager partners with engineering, architecture, data science, and security teams to define evaluation criteria, guide the scope and priorities of proofs of concept (PoCs), review results, and identify considerations for enterprise adoption. Engineering and technical teams execute the PoCs and experiments. The position involves researching emerging technologies and market trends across agentic AI, generative AI, large language models, OCR, multimodal AI, document extraction, and retrieval. It includes assessing AI models, platforms, third-party tools, and open-source options, including build-versus-buy tradeoffs, and making recommendations that account for feasibility, quality, performance, cost, and risk. This is a hybrid role in Phoenix, Arizona, with onsite attendance required 2–3 days per week. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future. The estimated hourly compensation range is $50–$55. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
