About The Position

MCI is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products and services. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes while aligning with organizational goals. The successful candidate will work closely with executives, engineering teams, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to bring innovative AI solutions to market. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
Proven experience leading technology, data, or AI-focused products.
Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
Experience managing product roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience defining product metrics and measuring success.
Ability to prioritize competing business and technical requirements.
Demonstrated success delivering complex technology solutions.

Product certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Pragmatic Institute.
