About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to support an enterprise Oracle Cloud Finance transformation for a global financial services organization. This role sits at the intersection of Oracle Cloud Financials, Agentic AI, and client-facing engineering. You will work directly with senior finance and technology stakeholders to translate complex business processes into AI-enabled solutions, architect multi-agent workflows, build working prototypes, and drive solutions through validation and handoff. The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle Finance domain knowledge, hands-on Agentic AI engineering experience, and excellent client-facing discovery skills.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience architecting and delivering Agentic AI or multi-agent AI systems in a production cloud environment.
• Experience with one or more modern AI/cloud platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience taking an AI solution from problem definition and requirements discovery through architecture, development, and implementation.
• Forward-deployed, embedded, consulting, or client-facing engineering experience where you have worked directly with business stakeholders to translate domain knowledge into working technology solutions.
• Proven ability to lead live discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on engineering experience building prototypes or production AI components.
• Ability to independently make architectural and technical decisions while collaborating with senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business requirements, finance processes, and AI/ML architecture.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Databricks Agent Bricks.
• Experience with LangGraph or comparable agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing an Agent Factory or reusable multi-agent platform.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails for security, observability, resiliency, and governance.
• Experience developing reusable infrastructure/IaC supporting multiple business processes or lines of business.
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) or equivalent structured requirements artifacts.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP / Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Banking, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay.
• Experience with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Financials modules is highly relevant: General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Intercompany, Lease Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop a multi-agent AI platform supporting finance discovery, requirements gathering, source-to-target mapping, and Business Requirements Document (BRD) generation.
• Design and implement agent workflows across finance processes including: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Intercompany, Lease Accounting, Fixed Assets, Product-Based Postings.
• Lead discovery sessions with finance, accounting, tax, Oracle configuration, and technology stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Design human-in-the-loop workflows that appropriately escalate unresolved business and technical decisions to subject-matter experts.
• Develop mapping methodologies that distinguish between straightforward mappings, tactical decisions, and strategic decisions requiring stakeholder approval.
• Architect reconciliation automation for Fixed Assets conversion and data templates, including exception handling and SME escalation.
• Build hands-on prototypes and production components rather than limiting responsibilities to architecture or documentation.
• Lead recurring demonstrations and walkthroughs with business and Oracle configuration teams to validate AI-generated requirements, mappings, and documentation.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition of the AI platform and deliverables to the Oracle configuration team.
