Requirements

• Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG, MCP, A2A, and scalable AI architectures.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI applications and agents.
• Proficiency in building secure, scalable full-stack solutions.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Skills in engineering and optimizing prompts and workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (Data Engineering, Automation Engineering, IT Infrastructure).
• Experience in conducting rigorous testing and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Commitment to staying at the forefront of emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI applications and agents that improve operational efficiency and drive strategic outcomes across the University.
• Build secure, scalable full-stack solutions, integrating modern AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Engineer and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI-driven experiences to maximize agent performance, accuracy, and business value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, including Data Engineering, Automation Engineering, and IT Infrastructure, to deliver seamlessly integrated solutions.
• Conduct rigorous testing, ensure high-quality delivery, and stay at the forefront of emerging AI technologies to continuously enhance capabilities and development practices.
