About The Position

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 8+ years of experience to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a hybrid, full-time role where you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying Python-based AI/LLM applications. You will develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions, build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms, and optimize data pipelines. A key part of this role involves collaborating with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions and providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentorship to engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong Python development with FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
• Solid SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
• Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
• Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.
• Strong architectural design and technical leadership skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.

• Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, or Talk-to-Data solutions.
• Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis.
• OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Prometheus.
