About The Position

Join the client’s AI enablement programme to design and implement AI agents, prompt-based solutions, and automated workflows. Initial use cases will focus on customer-service and payment-related processes. The role is suited to a consultant combining strong Data Science expertise with practical AI engineering and production implementation skills. The position allows remote work for candidates based in Poland.

Requirements

• Senior-level Data Science or AI Engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills.
• Practical Azure Databricks experience.
• Experience developing GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
• Experience with agents, prompts, and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to translate business use cases into working technical solutions.
• German, English, and Polish language skills.

Nice To Haves

• Customer-service automation experience.
• Payments or financial-services experience.
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in production.
• Knowledge of evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-agent and workflow-based solutions.
• Develop and optimise prompts and orchestration logic.
• Work with Azure Databricks as the primary data and AI environment.
• Support customer-service and payment-related AI use cases.
• Evaluate solution quality, reliability, and business suitability.
• Cooperate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Support implementation, testing, and production readiness.
