About The Position

Coface is hiring a Sales Development Representative with German on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The role focuses on generating leads and customer appointments, developing relationships with prospects, and supporting the sales process in coordination with Sales colleagues and Sales Managers. The representative researches sales opportunities, analyzes potential clients’ needs, presents relevant products, and tracks sales activities and performance. The company provides continuous support and guidance and offers a hybrid work model.

Requirements

Solution-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and a persuasive approach to customer interactions.
High target orientation and a strong understanding of sales KPIs.
Proficiency with common software tools, including MS Office and CRM systems.
Excellent German and English skills.

Nice To Haves

Industry-specific knowledge in Business Information is a plus.
Experience in credit insurance, factoring, or debt collection is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and customer appointments and build customer relationships by nurturing prospects, identifying potential sales channels, and leveraging new contacts.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospect appointments, involve Sales colleagues in subsequent sales steps, and coordinate meetings between prospects or customers and Sales Managers.
Identify best practices to optimize lead and appointment generation.
Analyze customer needs, build trust-based relationships with potential clients, and present relevant products.
Research new sales opportunities in the market, document activities, and report on sales performance.
