Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on data science and modeling
Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry (underwriting, claims, actuarial, or policy management)
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong understanding of MLOps practices including model deployment, versioning, and monitoring
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored to insurance domain use cases such as underwriting, claims processing, and risk assessment
Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to build robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows
Lead end-to-end machine learning lifecycle including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring
Apply NLP, predictive analytics, and deep learning techniques to solve complex insurance business problems
Translate insurance domain knowledge into actionable AI-driven solutions and insights
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI/ML development
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing insurance platforms and workflows
