About The Position

StaffWizard Corp is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered products, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation tools. The role focuses on a new AI platform intended to understand how companies operate, interact with their existing software, and automate complex business processes. The position is hands-on and calls for someone who can assess a concept, choose an appropriate technical approach, and build a working solution using both traditional software development and modern AI technologies. The role works directly with company leadership to turn AI concepts into functional products. The position is remote, with an annual salary of $200,000. The company is not offering visa sponsorship.

Requirements

Experience as an AI Engineer.
Ability to work hands-on across traditional software development and modern AI technologies.
Ability to assess concepts, determine suitable technical approaches, and build working solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, and AI-driven tools.
Build AI agents that perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with external software systems.
Develop multi-agent systems in which specialized agents collaborate on complex workflows.
Integrate large language models, including Claude and GPT, into production applications.
Develop AI tools that interact with APIs, databases, third-party applications, and internal services.
Build AI workflows that interpret user requests and execute actions within software applications.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge management systems.
Design and implement agent memory, context management, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
Develop AI-powered interfaces that let users interact with business software through natural language.
Build systems to monitor and evaluate AI agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.
Work with company leadership to turn AI concepts into functional products.
Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, technologies, and development tools.
Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, and suitable for production environments.
