This is a customer-facing, field-based role where you will own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers, translating complex business challenges into high-impact AI solutions built on the Moveworks Platform. You will be the primary technical point of contact throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from solution design through launch. You are equally comfortable whiteboarding with a customer's IT team in the morning and collaborating with internal engineering and product teams in the afternoon. This role will primarily support customers within the U.S. federal sector, working closely with government agencies and stakeholders to deliver solutions in highly regulated environments. As such, candidates must either hold an active security clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo the appropriate clearance and background screening process. The ability to operate effectively within federal compliance frameworks and handle sensitive information with discretion is essential for success in this position. On occasion, this role may also support commercial customers on an as-needed basis, requiring flexibility to adapt across different customer environments and priorities.
