About The Position

Schneider Electric Power Products North America is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to lead high-impact R&D and offer creation projects that shape the future of our power distribution portfolio. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and quality to deliver innovative, competitive, and customer-focused offerings. You will own projects end-to-end, from concept through launch, balancing speed, quality, cost, and business value in a dynamic, matrixed environment. Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects; experience in R&D, new product development, or offer creation strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (PMI/PMP, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and resources in a matrix organization
  • Strong leadership, influence, and collaboration skills, with the ability to challenge teams constructively and drive accountability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort presenting to senior leadership
  • High level of problem-solving ability, commercial awareness, and comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Proficiency with common project tools (e.g., MS Project or similar scheduling tools, MS Office, collaboration platforms)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage R&D / offer creation projects from initiation through commercialization, ensuring alignment to business strategy, customer needs, quality standards, cost targets, and time-to-market objectives
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and Global teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers, and success metrics
  • Drive disciplined project execution using project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid), ensuring clear governance, change control, and decision-making processes
  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions and escalating when needed
  • Ensure strong stakeholder communication, including regular project reviews, status reporting, milestone tracking, and executive updates
  • Monitor and improve project performance through KPIs, lessons learned, and continuous improvement practices
  • Support offer readiness and launch activities, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and commercial teams
