Agile Project Manager
About The Position
Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager to work for our company. The client agency is the Defense Logistics Agency. This role involves delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. The Agile Project Manager will define the roadmap with the product owner for any given product and translate this into user stories, as well as prioritize the user stories within the product backlog. The position also requires managing a multi-disciplinary team and testing to ensure quality levels are achieved.
Requirements
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
- Must have a Certified PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or additional 4 years of experience.
- Two (2) years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology.
- Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories.
- Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog.
- Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience with testing to ensure quality levels.
