The Senior Aeroderivative Customer Service Manager oversees resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities at customer sites. The work supports maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of sold or existing products, including preventive and remedial maintenance, maintenance facilities, and field services engineering. The role affects the team’s ability to meet service, quality, and timeliness objectives, operates with moderate autonomy, and requires substantial operational judgment. The manager serves as the customer’s single point of contact for resolving concerns across support services in an assigned region, product, or coverage area. The role requires knowledge of the assigned region or product lines and their configurations, and coordination with internal functions to provide ongoing technical and business support. It also involves influencing strategy and policy, interpreting business challenges, recommending improvements, making decisions on complex issues, and potentially leading functional teams or projects. The position is remote. Candidates may be located within one or two states of the primary locations in California or Houston, Texas, and must be willing and able to travel less than 25% of the time. Relocation assistance is provided. Compensation varies by country: the posting lists annual pay ranges of $138,200–$188,200 CAD for Canadian-based candidates and $119,600–$199,400 for U.S.-based candidates, with possible geographic differentials for U.S. roles. The role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
