Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline/field or relevant commensurate work experience.
  • Fifteen or more (15+) years of relevant industry-related work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional licenses, certificates, or designations in relevant discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work under very limited supervision requiring the need to exercise independent judgement and discretion on a regular or frequent basis.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to company leaders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization's interests in external forums.
  • Assess current strategies, suggest improvements, and guide staff in execution.
  • Lead or support strategic projects, initiatives or policies.
  • Manage and execute specific departmental or client projects as needed.
  • Mentor and coach staff.
