Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline/field or relevant commensurate work experience.
- Fifteen or more (15+) years of relevant industry-related work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional licenses, certificates, or designations in relevant discipline preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform work under very limited supervision requiring the need to exercise independent judgement and discretion on a regular or frequent basis.
- Serve as a strategic partner to company leaders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among senior stakeholders.
- Represent the organization's interests in external forums.
- Assess current strategies, suggest improvements, and guide staff in execution.
- Lead or support strategic projects, initiatives or policies.
- Manage and execute specific departmental or client projects as needed.
- Mentor and coach staff.
