This role is contingent upon contract award and is located in the National Capital Region (NCR). The position requires a Public Trust clearance. The Senior Advisor will perform highly complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management or performance problems, or design new processes, models, or systems as required by clients. This role provides guidance, advice, and direction to project teams, typically in an advisory capacity, and assists in the preparation of analysis, reports, and presentations. The advisor will demonstrate expertise in using sophisticated problem-solving tools to aid analysis and guide decision-making, and advise clients on options and next steps. Responsibilities include defining and directing technical specifications and tasks for team members, setting target dates for tasks and subtasks, and providing guidance on output and ensuring the technical adequacy of the end-product. The Senior Advisor will ensure successful project completion, adherence to schedule and project milestones, quality of deliverables, accuracy of analysis and reports, and client satisfaction, while demonstrating exceptional oral and written communication skills.
