The Strategic Planning, Prioritization, and Corporate Performance Branch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Advisor, Strategic Planning to provide strategic leadership in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AGCO's strategic planning, corporate performance, and integrated business planning frameworks. This role plays a critical part in advancing the organization's strategic priorities by leading strategic planning, strategic foresight, organizational performance measurement, corporate reporting, enterprise prioritization, and strategic initiatives. Working closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across the organization, the successful candidate will provide strategic advice, performance insights, risk-based analysis, and evidence-informed recommendations that support executive decision-making, organizational resilience, accountability, and the achievement of AGCO's long-term strategic objectives. We are seeking a highly collaborative and relationship-oriented professional who combines strong strategic planning, strategic foresight, organizational performance, and analytical expertise with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will excel at leveraging data, performance insights, emerging trends, and risk intelligence to inform decision-making, build partnerships, facilitate consensus, and support the development and execution of strategic priorities.
