About The Position

This is a hands-on strategic role at the intersection of people and business. As Senior Advisor, People & Culture, you'll be the embedded P&C partner for assigned business units -- close enough to the work to understand it. At Broccolini, our business units are diverse, our pace is fast, and our growth is real. You won't be applying a one-size-fits-all playbook. You'll be building trusted relationships with leaders across construction, development, investment, and property management -- and delivering P&C solutions that actually fit the context. Strategy and execution both land on your desk.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a Senior HRBP or equivalent role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Broad P&C expertise across ER, talent management, performance, comp, and OD
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate people priorities into business outcomes
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high ownership and adaptability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
  • Comfort operating in a growing, evolving organization where the playbook is still being written
  • Full bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Availability to travel to Toronto once per month

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation (ESA, OHRC) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and organizational priorities
  • Coach leaders and managers on complex employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness matters
  • Drive workforce planning and talent pipeline activities in collaboration with business units and the TA team
  • Lead and support P&C programs end-to-end, from design through adoption and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, retention, and leadership capability across your client groups
  • Contribute to policy, process, and tool development as a collaborative member of the P&C team
  • Support leaders and teams through organizational change with pragmatism and sound judgment
