About The Position
This role is for a Senior Advisor on the Demand Planning team in Austin, Texas. The position involves conducting analysis on demand performance, forecasting, and options, supporting consensus, and preparing recommendations for leadership. The goal is to translate market signals into insights, build scenarios to aid decisions, and improve forecast quality and planning discipline.
Requirements
- 8+ years in asset management or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel/BI skills and comfort with planning systems.
- Strong written analysis and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and data integrity in reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Exposure to demand planning and S&OP coordination.
Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio data, forecast trends, and demand drivers; build insights.
