About The Position

The Senior Advisor, Benefits, Americas is responsible for the management, administration, and compliance of all employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and absence plans, for Verisk. This role leads the execution of Open Enrollment and partners with key stakeholders to support and evolve the organization’s benefits strategy. Responsibilities include the design, implementation, administration, communication, and promotion of benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational performance. Reporting to the Head of Benefits, this role plays a critical part in advancing our programs to meet evolving business needs. The Senior Advisor, Benefits will improve delivery through digital tools and scalable processes, and ensure employees have a clear understanding of their benefits through thoughtful, accessible communications. This position partners closely with internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert when appropriate. The role acts as a regional expert in U.S. and Canada benefits, with broader support across the Americas as needed. In this role, you will help shape programs that enhance the employee experience, foster engagement, and reflect our core values across the Americas. Role is based in our Jersey City, NJ location, which has a flexible hybrid work model.
