Senior Advanced PIC Project Engineer
About The Position
Be part of the Honeywell UOP Process Information and Control (PIC) team responsible for Control System solutions supporting UOP Process Technologies. As a Senior Advanced PIC Project Engineer, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination throughout a Control System projects point of sale through successful delivery. You will report directly to our Honeywell UOP PIC group located in Des Plaines, IL, on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical portion of PIC control System projects from initiation to completion
- Define PIC project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Regular Communication with PIC end-users including coordination meeting, project status reports and hosting Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs)
- Develop and implement project plans with timelines for deliverables
- Develop, implement and maintain Quality plans for Control System Testing and Work Process adherence (ISO 9001 Certification)
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Identify and mitigate risks, barriers and issues that may impact project delivery
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to junior project team members
