About The Position

As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead a team to optimize manufacturing processes, drive innovation, and achieve operational excellence. Your role will enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location. This role is eligible for hybrid work mode, except for the first 90 days. In this role, you will have impact on our new product development and manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers. Requirements

  • 3 -5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • 3 -5 years of experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
