About The Position

BDO is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for their Vancouver office. This replacement position will provide administrative support for financial statement and tax return production for clients. The role involves managing client invoices, databases, time and expense reports, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing administrative reports, and assisting with reception and file room duties. Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • Display strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in an accounting or professional services firm
  • Experience with Workday software

Responsibilities

  • Administrative support to financial statement and tax return production for clients
  • Manage client invoices, client and contact databases, time and expense reports, meeting and travel coordination, etc
  • Coordinate details related to internal meetings, including set-up and catering etc
  • Prepare administrative reports and other office correspondence
  • Provide assistance to the receptionist as required
  • Provide support to file room clerk as required
