About The Position

Hill Community Development Corporation (Hill CDC) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is seeking proposals from qualified executive search firms to conduct a national search for a Senior Administrative Officer & Chief of Staff. This role is crucial for strengthening Hill CDC's executive leadership structure as the organization expands its real estate portfolio, policy influence, economic impact, cultural preservation initiatives, and institutional partnerships. The Senior Administrative Officer & Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the President and CEO, supporting governance, administrative and operational alignment, cross-departmental performance, and strategic initiatives. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting senior leaders within nonprofit, community development, urban policy, or mission-driven real estate environments
  • Experience placing executive-level integrators, chiefs of staff, administrative and operational executives, or deputy leaders
  • Clear commitment to inclusive recruitment practices
  • Experience sourcing candidates with executive-level judgment and operational depth
