Requirements

  • Familiarity with office technology, administrative workflows, and basic data entry
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM and solid filing/organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process, and manage documents including scanning, labeling, organizing, and shipping (FedEx/USPS)
  • Support tax workflow processes such as document organization, electronic filing, binder rollforwards, and PDF creation
  • Maintain accurate data entry and electronic filing systems
  • Coordinate engagement letters and administrative project work
  • Provide direct administrative support to partners and staff
  • Engage with clients, visitors, and internal team members—creating a professional, welcoming environment
  • Assist with daily office operations, errands, and logistics to ensure efficiency across the team
