The Senior Administrative Assistant will anticipate needs, prevent problems, and manage various administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, case team logistics, time and expense tracking, and supporting internal commitments. The role begins with a 60-day in-office onboarding period, after which a hybrid work model is adopted, requiring approximately 3-5 days in the office per week. Senior AAs are expected to contribute to office culture, collaborate with other Business Services Team (BST) members, and serve as role models for junior administrative staff. BCG emphasizes a philosophy of growing by growing others, and this role offers potential career paths towards Executive Assistant roles, Practice Areas, team management, or rotations through other functions, with career progression limited only by the individual's investment.
