Responsibilities include supporting the leader and her/his team with a range of administrative and support functions. This includes attending relevant meetings and providing input/perspective, supporting the coordination and planning of meetings including evaluation and alignment of logistical and planning needs, preparing presentation materials, managing calendars, scheduling travel and supporting expense reports, technical support, and purchase order (PO) activity within the function.
