About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking three Senior Administrative Assistants to support the Branded Credit Cards organization. These individuals will provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple executives, senior leaders, and their teams, with a focus on key administrative activities, meeting and event planning and coordination, recruiting and onboarding support for newly hired employees, calendar coordination, correspondence, supplies and equipment ordering, and other day-to-day business support. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple executives, senior leaders, and their teams with key administrative activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, supplies and equipment ordering, and day-to-day business support
  • Assist with meeting and event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, materials, agenda support, and follow-up on action items
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities for newly hired employees, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and helping new team members navigate administrative processes
  • Provide professional administrative support for ongoing business initiatives, including tracking deliverables, preparing routine materials, coordinating updates, and partnering with leaders and teams to keep work moving
  • Manage confidential information, communications, and documentation in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with administrative partners, functional teams, and internal peers to support consistent, efficient administrative processes
