The Product Manager will be responsible for taking a customer problem, solving it, and then building, shipping, and improving it in collaboration with engineering, design, and data partners. This is a hands-on role focused on shipping consumer products at scale, managing customer touchpoints, and building products in complex environments. The position sits at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business strategy, aiming to integrate investing, banking, and spending into a seamless product. • Strong communicator: writes clearly, presents persuasively, and can translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: defaults to action, forms a point of view quickly, and revises it when the evidence says so.
  • Prioritization Mastery: ability to partner with engineering, design, user research, product marketing to understand technical trade-offs and make smart calls with the team.
  • Able to integrate AI-powered tools and prompts into daily operational workflows to analyze datasets, automate routine administrative tasks, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
