Sagamok Anishnawbek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) to lead and oversee the administrative, financial, and human resource operations of the organization. Reporting administratively to the Giimaa and accountable to Chief and Council, the SAO plays a key leadership role in guiding the strategic direction, governance, and operational excellence of the organization. The SAO ensures programs, services, and administrative functions are delivered efficiently and in accordance with Sagamok laws, policies, and relevant federal and provincial legislation. This role requires a collaborative and strategic leader who can foster strong partnerships, support Council priorities, and guide the organization toward sustainable growth and effective service delivery for the Sagamok community.
